I have tried several types of pillows and when I saw this pillow I was excited! I need support for my shoulder while sleeping on my side and the length of this pillow looked perfect. My daughter bought it for me about 6 weeks ago and it was great, for about 3 weeks. The pillow became flat where my head and arm rest. I have tried fluffing it, but now it is just lumpy. I am very disappointed in the quality given it's expensive price. I would not recommend this product unless you plan on adding more stuffing.
